Arusha Tour Itinerary
You’ll start your adventure with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, setting off for Serengeti Ndutu to witness the incredible wildlife, with a particular focus on the great migration. During the day, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at a designated spot within the park. In the afternoon, the game drive will continue, providing you with more opportunities to explore the diverse wildlife before arriving at your camp for the night.
Today, you’ll rise early to immerse yourself in the breathtaking spectacle of the great migration at Serengeti Ndutu. As the day progresses, you’ll depart for Ngorongoro, where you’ll spend the night at an accommodation perched on the rim of the crater. This strategic location allows for an early morning descent into the crater the following day, providing the perfect opportunity to witness wildlife in action during their most active hours.
The great migration represents the largest movement of wildebeests, zebras, and other animals as they gather for the calving season. This is the time when wildebeests give birth, making it an ideal period for observation, particularly from mid-December to early April each year.
After enjoying breakfast, you'll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting morning of game drives. This remarkable park is the largest intact caldera in the world and one of Africa's natural wonders, offering a unique ecosystem teeming with wildlife. Once your game drives are complete, you'll be transferred back to Arusha town, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
